Shipping Policy

We courier nationwide. All Bobukwa products are carefully packaged and shipped in a branded box. We ask when you're storing or travelling with your bag to keep it in a cotton bag.

*Orders will get dispatched between 2-3 weeks after receipt of full payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any manufacturing defects, the client has to inform us within 7 days of receipt of the Item.to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and after assessment on the product we will either repair the defect or swop the Item.
